This aspect puts Kücki amongst the front-runners countrywide. Employees are carefully selected and trained with utter patience and thorough knowledge of the hotel industry, which Kücki has gained himself in Germany and Switzerland. The receptionist, a born Ovambo, speaks German fluently.
The friendly staff is grateful to comply with every request and the guests receive excellent service. Although situated amongst untouched nature and about 240 kilometres away from Windhoek and Swakopmund, Rostock Ritz offers our guests a variety of excellent meat dishes, accompanied by fresh vegetables and salads in our own A’la carte restaurant. Namibians are being accommodated against favourable rates. We also offer “specials” on a regular basis. Because of its unique setting, Rostock Ritz Desert Lodge serves to be the ideal base for daytrips to Sossusvlei, especially for the individual traveller, wanting to escape bulk tourism.
