Grade: medium A beautiful scenic trail and a manifold of landscapes, awesome views across mountains and plains, canyons and sand dunes. The lucky traveller will be able to observe Klipspringer, Springbuck, Mountain Zebras and a variety of birds. The trail will take you through the valley of a gorge, across the edge onto the next plain and down to a rock, which is formed to look like a ship’s wreck and creating a stunning view. Further up you will find a cave, the former nesting place of eagles. Having reached the top, an enormous view of the impressive Ubib canyon will unfold before you. Following the trail down into a dry riverbed, the sandy path will guide you back to the lodge. |
